Product Variation
Each MI-MO ring is individually handmade using traditional glass-blowing techniques, meaning no two rings are identical. Slight variations in color, shape, and texture—as well as small bubbles or subtle streaks within the glass—are part of the charm of handmade glassware and do not qualify as defects.
Breakage Policy: Our rings are made from glass, a naturally delicate material. As with any glass item, knocks, drops, pressure, and sudden temperature changes can cause fractures or breakage, even with careful wear.
If your ring breaks within 60 days of your order date, you are entitled to 40% off a replacement ring. To claim this, email us at hello@mimo-store.com with your order number and a clear photo of the broken ring. Once verified, you will receive a one-time discount code to use at checkout. Shipping costs for the replacement order are paid by the customer.
Breakages reported more than 60 days after the order date are not eligible for a replacement discount.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
Liability
MI-MO is not responsible for:
1. Wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care of your ring. Each ring should be handled with care to ensure longevity.
2. Any injuries or damages caused by broken glass in the event of breakage. Please wear and store your ring responsibly.
3. Lost or undelivered parcels once dispatched. If your parcel is lost, please contact Australia Post or your local postal service.
4. Incorrect shipping addresses. We are unable to refund or replace parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
