By purchasing from MI-MO, you agree to the following terms:

 

Product Variation

Each MI-MO ring is individually handmade using traditional glass-blowing techniques, meaning no two rings are identical. Slight variations in color, shape, and texture—as well as small bubbles or subtle streaks within the glass—are part of the charm of handmade glassware and do not qualify as defects.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

 

Liability

MI-MO is not responsible for:

• Wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care of your ring. Each ring should be handled with care to ensure longevity.

• Any injuries or damages caused by broken glass in the event of breakage. Please wear and store your ring responsibly.

• Lost or undelivered parcels once dispatched. If your parcel is lost, please contact Australia Post or your local postal service.

• Incorrect shipping addresses. We are unable to refund or replace parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
