Our rings are made from glass, a naturally delicate material. As with any glass item, knocks, drops, pressure, and sudden temperature changes can cause fractures or breakage, even with careful wear.

If your ring breaks within 60 days of your order date, you are entitled to 40% off a replacement ring. To claim this, email us at hello@mimo-store.com with your order number and a clear photo of the broken ring. Once verified, you will receive a one-time discount code to use at checkout. Shipping costs for the replacement order are paid by the customer.

Breakages reported more than 60 days after the order date are not eligible for a replacement discount.
