Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Options & Costs: We ship worldwide via Australia Post. Shipping rates are as follows:
• Australia Standard: $10 AUD
• United States: $25 AUD
• Canada: $25 AUD
• United Kingdom: $28 AUD
• New Zealand: $18 AUD
• Rest of World: $28 AUD

Estimated Delivery Times
• Australia Standard: 2–6 business days
• International: 6–21 business days (varies by location)

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or duties imposed by their country. MI-MO is not liable for delays due to customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed or lost, please contact Australia Post or your local postal service first. If you need further assistance, email us at hello@mimo-store.com.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Due to the handmade nature of MI-MO rings, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer store credit for incorrect sizing or change of mind

How it Works:
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
• To request a return, email hello@mimo-store.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll then provide the return address. You must use a trackable shipping method.
• Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they are unused and undamaged, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item(s).
• Store credit can be used at any time, including for re-purchasing in a different size.
• This applies to all size-related returns, as we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Please refer to our Sizing Guide on each product page before purchasing to ensure the best fit.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items: All items are carefully inspected before dispatch and securely packaged. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photo evidence of the issue

We’ll assess the situation and offer a replacement if appropriate.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.

Product Variation: Each MI-MO piece is individually handmade using traditional torch work techniques. Slight variations in colour, shape, texture, and the presence of small bubbles or streaks are part of the charm of handmade glassware and do not qualify as defects.

Breakage Policy: Our rings are made from glass, a naturally delicate material. As with any glass item, knocks, drops, pressure, and sudden temperature changes can cause fractures or breakage, even with careful wear.

If your ring breaks within 60 days of your order date, you are entitled to 40% off a replacement ring. To claim this, email us at hello@mimo-store.com with your order number and a clear photo of the broken ring. Once verified, you will receive a one-time discount code to use at checkout. Shipping costs for the replacement order are paid by the customer.

Breakages reported more than 60 days after the order date are not eligible for a replacement discount.
